Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, after 14 days of your purchase, you may be able to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging and sealed. There will need to be a receipt or proof of purchase from SHE to be eligible/ approved.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@createdbyshe.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be able to choose which carrier to ship items back to SHE. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**SHE has the right to deny unreasonable requests for refund/exchange at our discretion, no negotiations**
